When you place an order on our Site, we will pass on your Personal Data to our third party printing facility located in the USA. 

By purchasing from our Site, you agree to the following terms: 

You are responsible for providing us your complete and correct address information for shipping purposes.

Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full. 

Where applicable, you as the customer may be required to pay customs fees or VAT (Value Added Tax) determined by your location and destination country for your order. 

Your order is printed and shipped only after we submit your order details (including any relevant Personal Data) to our printing partner who then fulfills your order on our behalf.

It can take up to 4 weeks for your order to reach destinations outside the USA.

We reserve the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.

We are a custom made-to-order business therefore we do not provide refunds or accept returns.

In the unlikely event that your order arrived damaged, please send photo proof to: info@gracefulavenue.com.au within 2 days of receiving your order.

Graceful Avenue is not responsible for damage caused to products after they have been delivered - whether caused by the customer or third party.

All prices listed on our Site are in US Dollars (USD)
