All sales are final as we do not provide refunds or exchanges nor do we accept returns.

All our products are custom-printed and made-to-order as per the order you submit at checkout. Please be mindful of this as we do not provide refunds for errors made when submitting orders to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom-made products.

In the unlikely event that your order arrived damaged, please send photo proof to: info@gracefulavenue.com.au within 2 days of receiving your order.
